Introduction
Our users’ experience is among the most important pillars of our establishment. To ensure you benefit from our service to the fullest, we present these policies that must be observed within our premises, to guarantee your satisfaction and the intended benefit for all our clients.
Your use of any of our services, your entry to our facilities, or your completion of a booking or subscription constitutes your acknowledgment of full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Definitions
• Center / Establishment: the premises of FekrHub Business Solutions dedicated to providing the services.
• Client: the user or subscriber of FekrHub Business Solutions.
• Services: what the Center provides in the way of open workspaces, shared offices, meeting rooms, reception, internet, and shared facilities and equipment, together with related operational services.
• Confirmed Booking: a booking whose service fee has been paid before its scheduled time.
• Visitor / Guest: anyone who enters the Center accompanying the client or by their invitation.
General Terms and Policies for Using the Center’s Facilities
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the Center’s facilities except in designated areas.
• Wearing clothing that violates public decency is prohibited.
• Quiet must be maintained so as not to disturb other clients.
• Carrying weapons or hazardous materials inside the Center is prohibited.
• Misuse of the internet for any unlawful activity is prohibited.
• Use of the shared devices and equipment (such as printers, office machines, coffee-making appliances, and the like) for any unlawful activity is prohibited.
• The client must consume food only in the designated areas.
• Bringing in food with odors that may cause discomfort to others is prohibited, including but not limited to seafood.
• The client may not use the facilities for any activity other than that agreed upon with the Center, except as specifically approved by the Center.
• The client must take care of the facility used and leave it clean and tidy upon finishing; otherwise, they shall pay an additional cleaning-fee compensation as determined by the Center in accordance with its approved policy.
• The person making the booking is responsible on behalf of the client’s guests or companions and bears the responsibility of informing them of the policies and requirements to be followed within the Center.
Compensation for Damages
• In the event of a malfunction caused by misuse of the shared devices and equipment, the Center reserves the right to claim compensation from the client or to impose additional fees.
• The client undertakes to compensate the Center for any damage or harm caused to its facilities due to misuse.
• The Center is not responsible for the loss of or damage to the client’s personal property.
Safety and Emergencies
• All clients must comply with the general safety guidelines announced within the Center, including knowing the emergency entrances and exits and the evacuation procedures.
• In the event of an emergency (such as a fire or earthquake), clients must follow the directions of the Center’s staff.
Security Surveillance
The Center is equipped with surveillance cameras to ensure security, and recordings may be retained in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom. For further details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
Events and Workshops
The Center allows clients to hold events or workshops on its premises, subject to prior coordination and obtaining management approval. The Center reserves the right to refuse any activity that violates its policies or endangers the safety of other clients.
Booking and Payment
Meeting rooms: booking is made in advance, either by visiting the Center or through the FekrHub Business Solutions website, subject to the availability of the specified times and obtaining approval and confirmation of the appointment.
Open spaces: do not require advance booking, noting that a booking service is available through the website.
Shared offices: booking is made in advance, either by visiting the Center or through the website, subject to the availability of the specified times.
Fees: are determined by FekrHub Business Solutions, to which value-added tax and any statutory fees are added in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Payment policy: payment is made by one of the following methods:
• Bank transfer to the accounts of FekrHub Business Solutions.
• Payment through the company’s website.
• Point of sale or cash upon visiting the Center.
Note: a booking is considered (confirmed) when the service fee is paid before its scheduled time. If the client wishes to pay by visiting the Center, the service fee must be paid no less than forty-eight (48) hours before the appointment; otherwise the appointment is deemed void.
Grace period: the Center grants the client a grace period of no more than 15 minutes; if the client exceeds this period, the Center is entitled to the service fee for a full hour.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
• If the Center is unable to provide the service for reasons or circumstances beyond its control, the appointment is cancelled with notice to the client and rescheduled in a manner suitable to both parties.
• Confirmed appointments may not be cancelled; by exception, the client may submit a request no less than forty-eight (48) hours before the time of the confirmed appointment to cancel or postpone it, subject to the approval of the Center’s management.
• The client is not entitled to claim a refund of amounts paid to the Center; if cancellation is approved, another appointment is set for the same service or for another service equal to the amount paid.
• Monthly or weekly packages may not be cancelled under any circumstances, and the client is not entitled to claim their modification or cancellation after the agreement is concluded.
• Packages are non-refundable once paid and activated, and the client is not entitled to claim a refund of their value, in whole or in part.
• Office rental is subject to the internal policies approved by the Center, and those policies apply to everything relating to the rental period, its terms, and the associated cancellation and refund.
Our agreement with you is simple — mutual respect, transparent pricing, and a space that treats you with dignity.
Limits of the Center’s Liability
• The Center is not responsible for the privacy of data exchanged among clients within the Center.
• The Center bears no responsibility for service interruptions resulting from force majeure beyond its control, such as power or internet outages.
• The Center exercises reasonable care to provide a safe working environment and stable services, without guaranteeing their continuity without interruption.
Termination of Service
The Center reserves the right to terminate the service immediately and without compensating the client in the event of serious violations that threaten the safety of the Center or the safety of others among staff or clients, without prejudice to the Center’s right to claim any outstanding dues.
Intellectual Property
All rights relating to the “FekrHub” trademark, its logos, content, and designs remain the property of the company, and may not be used without prior written permission.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be deemed in breach of its obligations if performance becomes impossible due to a force majeure event beyond its control, such as natural disasters, governmental decisions, or interruption of public utilities, for the duration of the force majeure event.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall seek to settle it amicably; failing that, it shall be referred to the competent judicial authority in the city of Madinah.
Amendments to the Terms
The Center reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, provided that clients are informed of the changes; the client’s continued use of the services after the amendment constitutes acceptance of it.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance
The client acknowledges acceptance of all the terms and conditions set out in this document.
